Welcome to the Clinic at Collage Community Church! We aim to reach those members of our community unable to afford private health care and struggling to access state clinics. The clinic is for primary care and we are therefore not equipped to treat trauma or life-threatening emergencies, or do special investigations like x-rays. At the moment we will be issuing prescriptions, but hope to be able to dispense medication soon. If you need medical care, book your appointment and we’ll gladly assist.
This service is only available to individuals who cannot afford to pay normal rates and do not belong to a medical aid.
The Counselling Centre at Collage is available at a affordable fee for our community. An appointment is required. You’re also welcome to visit the Gardens of Hope, where there are different therapeutic processes that you can follow by taking a booklet in the chapel. There are booklets for: Trauma, Substance Dependency, Loss, Suicidal Thoughts, Depression, Anger, Spiritual Renewal, and How to be Still. You’re also welcome to attend one of the group counselling sessions focused on loss, divorce, substance dependency, and more.
Play therapy is a wonderful journey towards healing and hope, providing an inspiring and healing path for children going through difficult times. This therapy can bring a ray of hope into the lives of children who need it.
The journey towards recovery and hope is a powerful process, and with the right guidance and resources, children can discover a new beginning and find themselves again.
We will soon make a therapist available who will guide your child on an appointment basis. If you would like to offer your volunteer services to guide children through counseling and play therapy, please provide your details here.
Group counseling is a powerful and supportive form of therapy that offers individuals the opportunity to share their challenges and life circumstances with a community of compassionate people. It focuses on managing loss, divorce, substance dependence, and so much more.
One of the most remarkable aspects of group counselling is the feeling of connection it creates. It is a place where individuals with similar challenges come together and form a community that supports and encourages each other. Loss, divorce, and substance dependence are complex life events that can affect individuals on various levels.
Group counselling provides a structure in which people can learn how to cope with these challenges in a safe environment. It is not just about learning skills but also about self-acceptance and awareness that a community of support is available.
Collage se Touch and Wellness has initiated food supply projects aimed at helping the hungry and making a positive impact on the community.
In Elarduspark, we provide homeless individuals with a basic meal three times a week. Our special focus is on families in financial crisis who require food assistance.
We also extend a helping hand to those in Pretoria West and North who are struggling with food shortages. These projects reflect the love and care of Collage se Touch and Wellness for the underprivileged in our society.
During other emergencies such as health crises or social disruptions, the center serves as a source of information and support for the community. We play a key role in creating a supportive environment and helping the community work together to overcome difficult times.
